Transit Times
When the components leave our plant, they will be delivered to their delivery destination within 2-5 days. The delivery time frame varies based on the location of the shipping address on the invoice. We will do everything in our power to guarantee that your vehicle component is delivered as quickly as possible. Our shipping companies provide us with an expected delivery date as well as tracking information. You may receive a copy of the FORD core return policy either directly from your dealer or by visiting theno-risk core return policy link on the FORD website. It is common for cores to be used as a partial trade-in for new or rebuilt parts, and the term ‘core fee’ is used to refer to the deposit paid for a returnable can or bottle.
When the core is returned, the fee is repaid in its whole.
Product Warranty

In the event of an error, your dealer maintains the right to rescind any advertised offer and to remedy any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, even after an order has been completed and confirmed, and your credit card or PayPal account charged. If your credit card or PayPal account has already been charged for the transaction and your order is canceled, your dealer will give a credit to your account in the amount of the charge to your credit card or PayPal account.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it in line with the return policy established by your dealer.
Termination of Use
FORD has the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel your account or your use of the FordParts.com website at any time without notice or explanation.
